Dr. Deirdre Carlock is a certified Senior HR Professional (SPHR and SHRM-SCP) with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Ramona Agrela is Associate Chancellor of the University of California, Irvine and works in close collaboration with the Chancellor, Provost, Chief Executive Officer of the health system, and other senior campus officials to implement the vision and goals of the organization and administer policy, programmatic, and personnel initiatives. She is a SHRM certified senior professional, a WorldatWork certified compensation professional, and a Human Capital Institute Strategic HR Business Partner. 

Herb Callahan is the Senior Human Resources Director for Golden State Foods (GSF) based in their International Headquarters in Irvine, California. He holds a MBA and Doctorate of Education from Brandman University where he also serves as an Adjunct Instructor teaching Human Resources courses to students enrolled in the Master’s of Human Resources program.

Melissa Vieira serves as the Senior Manager of Organizational Development for Golden State Foods. She is responsible for the implementation of learning and development initiatives that support strategic business goals, address organizational effectiveness and drive employee engagement and retention. As a third-generation leader in the Supply Chain Industry with over 14 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Melissa joined Golden State Foods in 2015.

In this fast paced, interactive presentation by the leaders of GSF and Nextworks Strategy will share a new method of alignment - IMMERSE Maps - as a way to quickly build organizational capability, alignment and innovation. Most organizations only tap 3% or less of the collective IQ of their workforce- this presentation focuses on the use of experiential and interactive programs to drive inclusion, trust and the acceleration of ideation across the organization. Pete Fisher is Vice President of Human Resources, Quality Custom Distribution and Total Rewards at Golden State Foods.
